Realtors here in San Miguel work just like in the U.S.—any Realtor can show any other Realtor’s listing, and the commission is split between the Realtor who has the listing and the Realtor who has the Buyer. Buyers are a large percentage of my overall business and I will always show you the listings that best match your needs—not just my own listings—because I earn a commission on any sale.

Therefore, by all means please allow me to show you whatever listings interest you or that you may have found yourself on the internet. It is beneficial for you (i.e., cost-saving) to have a highly experienced Realtor like me represent your interests when negotiating a transaction, versus trying to work directly with a listing agent whose primary legal obligation is to the Seller, not you!
