San Miguel is primarily a 2nd or 3rd home market, so many of my clients are not sure when they will be ready to purchase a home. However, if you want to learn more about the market here (best neighborhoods, pricing, values, etc…), I feel it is always worthwhile to meet in person while you are here, and possibly see a home or two to get a feel for what the market offers. A personal home tour is far better than an online-only tour from afar.
