Immediately after getting dual signatures of acceptance on your offer, you will receive an equally extensive document from me called our Buyer’s Next Steps Handbook. It will literally walk you through all the steps leading up to and beyond closing, although my assistant and I are here to guide you through that entire process on a daily basis.

While I continue to remain extensively involved in the post-contract paperwork, my bilingual assistant—who is a licensed real estate attorney—and my legal team representing you through the process are the ones primarily managing the legal paperwork and are available daily to answer questions and hand-hold as needed—they’re excellent at that!
