Not to worry, the best and most efficient way to name a Power of Attorney (POA) is to name the real estate attorney that works with the Notario and us—my legal team is my Closing Transaction Coordinator. They will be representing you in the closing anyway, and are legally obligated to be your representative in that role, so it is ideal for them to also serve the role as POA. You do not need to impose on anyone else to ask them to be physically present for the closing.
